leadformance Magazine was founded my young creative MOnika to give a positive outlet for upcoming and emerging talent. She recognised how cut-throat and ‘exclusive’ the media writing industry could be and wanted to create an online hub where writers like herself could express themselves freely and openly. She wanted to encourage and inspire others who are working towards achieving their goals; whether it be personally or professionally; that they can do it if they put their minds to it.
